How soon after I’ve placed my order will they arrive?

There are figures in stock, but some are made to order and sent out within 1 week. However, if you need a quicker delivery time, then please let us know so that we can do our very best to accommodate.

UK Delivery

The cost of UK delivery depends on the product you buy. Once your order has been shipped, you shall receive an email which will include the tracking information.

International Delivery

We use Royal Mail. The item will be handed to the national mail equivalent in your country for delivery.

Any customs charges or taxes when the order arrives in the destination country, are the customer’s responsibility.

How are the Figures packaged?

The figures are posted in a postal box, beautifully packaged in tissue paper, accompanied by a card which gives a little about me, and a note with some care instructions.

How are the Figures made?

Each figure is lovingly designed and created by hand in the studio in Wales, UK.

All figures are made with cotton fabric, marino wool and hypo-allergenic stuffing.

Are the Figures mass produced toys?

Definitely not! Every figure is totally unique and made by hand.

 Can the Figures be played with?

Yes - but I wouldn’t recommend for under 3 year olds - or not for children who still put things in their mouth - the hair is quite delicate.

What size are the Figures?

All the unique Figures measure approximately 46cm from the top of the hair to their feet. When sitting, they measure approximately 26cm.

Can I choose the fabrics?

Yes! Changes to fabrics can usually be accommodated, simply get in touch

Can I dress my Figure?

Absolutely! The figures can be dressed any way you’d like. Although you probably find you wont want to.

Do the Figures 'sit'?

Yes, all figures sit.

Are the Figures in stock/made-to-order?

Each Figure on display is usually in stock or can be made-to-order. However, as they are unique and hand crafted, no two figures are the same.

Are all the Figures the same?

They are handmade so there are slight variations and each one is unique.

Will the colours be the same as the photos on the website?

Colours can vary depending on the screen you’re viewing from and therefore the colours may differ slightly.

How do I care for my new friend?

Following travel, your Figure may need re-awakening by sitting them up and arranging the hair - the hair can be re-styled by you!

The colours can fade in direct sunlight, so we would recommend displaying them away from direct sun.

Your figure may be dry-cleaned , spot cleaned or hand-washed - but don’t get their hair wet.

What is your exchange/returns policy?

The figures are unique and bespoke and therefore we cannot accept returns. However if you are unhappy with anything regarding your order, we will do our utmost to work with you to resolve any issues. The figures are of the highest of quality with every care taken and each one is quality checked.
